Our Meetings

• Regular meetings are on the 1st& 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning the first day after Labor Day through Mid May.
• *5th Tuesday of the month is extra Pioneer/Patriot Meeting Nights
• Meeting times are 6:30 - 8 pm
• Check in and out at the Peace Baptist Sanctuary

Levels are based on age. October 31st is the age cut-off date.

Pathfinder Level: Age 5

Tenderheart Level : Ages 6-9

Explorer Level : Ages 9-12

Pioneer Level : Ages 12-14

Patriot Level : Ages 14-18

What are the costs?

• Registration Fee:
  • $40- Per Girl and Adult- due immediately at registration
• Annual Troop Participation Fee:
  • $135 per girl- Due first meeting in September
  • One time fee
  • *Option to add on $25 yearbook fee to registration to order a yearbook.
• Uniform:
  • Uniform costs vary based on unit level – see americanheritagegirls.org/store for prices and options
  • Ranges - $65 to $85 for a starter package which includes: vest/neckerchief (& slide)/handbook/badge magic/starter patches and membership pin
  • Class B t-shirts range from $15
